While the number of women-owned business enterprises is increasing faster than the national average, I still see so many women not daring to grow their companies big.
I think it’s because many women struggle with issues related to confidence that impede their ability to scale their businesses past that million-dollar ceiling. The best way to build your confidence is arming yourself with information!
Never stop learning – and part of that is to seek out free resources and programs in order to get free training and connections. Many women entrepreneurs don’t even know these exist, but they’re your ticket to financing, sisterhood, education, business leads and so much more.

This has been a critical part of my journey to digitally transform my family’s third-generation business empire, NU-SET Inc.
