And this means all women- BiPoc, Caucasian, Asian, Queer or other. We need to all rise together- because that makes us more powerful and effective!
I figured this was the perfect time for this reminder, while the world appears to be in such chaos.

With all the turmoil we are living in-I am still amazed at what I witness every day in the venture capital and entrepreneur arena. Women are rockin’ it more than ever.
There is a groundswell of events, organizations, and communities to empower, educate, and support businesswomen, C-suite women, and women investors like never before.
There is a significant power in the investing part- because not only does it build wealth, but with venture capital it literally determines what the future products and services will be. And if they are ones that benefit women too.
As many of you have heard me say, we impact 80% of the buying decisions- we need to be influencing the investment decisions too. Now that is a powerful combination that will affect what the future looks like for all.
The point is- we have a responsibility to learn about venture capital and other alternative assets that advisors might not be educating you about. And the reason for that is that they may not benefit from it financially or they may not have an understanding of those asset classes themselves.
You have a responsibility to learn about these types of alternative investments if we truly are going to save the world.
It’s the investors in Venture Capital, Angel Investing, private equity, etc., who decide who gets the funding for their groundbreaking ideas and innovations. We need funding to go to all people, including not just men but women too, who currently get just 2% of venture capital funding. And in that pool, making sure it goes to men and women who are BiPoc and LGBTQ+- because all types of people get downloads that are their purpose on the planet. And these innovators need funding to execute their ideas. The execution of these creations by all of these brilliant people will impact society, and as mentioned at the open-indeed save the world.
Your part in this? Become an investor in alternative assets. People tend to invest in people they identify with- so, it’s important that all types of people are sitting at the table deciding who gets the funding.
